Acne prone skin is when you have acne on your face and you're prone to it(ie you get it a lot).
Usually you can just cure it with acne treatments(like cleansers, anti pimple cream, etc) although sometimes you need to take pills to make it get better

Acne prone skin means those whohave skin very prone to getting acne and they must watch how to take care of it, or for some it means they must seek a dermotologist becuase most everything doesnt work.
