Use a light mineral foundation like L'oreal's Bare Naturale or Bare Minerals by Bare Essestuals.
Oh for the blackheads, always use makeup remover before using a cleanser because removing your makeup and cleaning your face is 2 totally different things.

Mineral makeup is the best, it does not clog your pores... Try M.A.C... A cheaper brand that is similar would be Avon it works great... I have acne prone skin and I used to use liquid foundation and my face just didnt look great at all, a friend told me about the mac mineral make up and my face has cleared up completely.
I would go for a lighter foundation, maybe even a tinted moisturizer. Or mineral foundation, if your willing to spend a little more. If you buy a heavy foundation it will block your pores and cause your skin to break out. Good luck! :D
