I would definitely go to Clean and clear and Clearasil websites where they both ask you for your skin types and give you personal regimens, based on what you answer..

I am a licensed skin therapist and I get questions like this quite frequently. Unless I have seen your face under a magnifying lamp, I don't just have a set standard for people. For example, from the time you wash your face to the time you notice a shine, how many hours have passed? If you notice a shine, where are they? Forehead, chin, nose or all of the above? Where do tend to break out? What are you using currently? Do you notice if your break outs are constant or just certain times?
