I heard that eating cranberries is good for acne because it contains antioxidants. Is that true? Did anyone try it? Are dried cranberries good too or no?
Thanks! Are cranberries good for acne-prone skin?
Acne and pimples are a deficiency of vitamin A, so if you eat carrots everyday during a month you'll see result trust me. And when I say eat you need to eat even when you are sleeping if necessary. Somehow a large amount of Vitamin A makes your body work against acne. If that doesn't work then go to a dermatologist and tell her or him to prescribe you Roaccutane, it will cure you for life but is very expensive. Are cranberries good for acne-prone skin?
Ok this is going sound a little weird, but what I found worked most on acne (I don't have any now, but when I was younger) was toothpaste. Just a little on each spot (use too mucha nd you get skin rash) and leave overnight, it reduces the spots. Cools the pain and contails fluride which is found in Ache Creams. It is natural and really works. I would not squash berries on my face if I was you, it could stain.
Night night xx
