Help, I have acne prone skin with scarring and redness and I need a cover up. ?

I'm looking for a simple makeup routine that will cover up my acne prone skin with scarring and redness.

Currently I use clinique which I don't mind using on the weekends but come the work week I want something simple that I can do quickly and head out the door.

Right now my main problems are redness and scarring.

Can you suggest a simple makeup?Help, I have acne prone skin with scarring and redness and I need a cover up. ?
I have acne-prone skin with scarring and red marks from old blemishes, and I like mineral make up. I started using BareMinerals, but I've since found a better, cheaper brand called Everyday Minerals. You can get it online. I use the Intense or Matte formula, and these cover up the marks on my cheeks way better than BareMinerals did or any other foundation. I think it has more pigment, and less of the bismuth, which is a weird additive in BareMinerals that some people are allergic too (like my bff, it made her skin all itchy). Anyway I love it, I can brush it on in minutes and be out the door. It's never broken me out at all, or been incompatible with any of my acne meds, and in the summer I sometimes just mix it into sunblock for like a tinted moisturizer. They have free samples at their website, www.everydayminerals.com

Hope that helps, good luck!Help, I have acne prone skin with scarring and redness and I need a cover up. ?
Find a green tinted concealer, liquid, cream, or powder (Everyday Minerals has a nice one) to dust lightly over the red areas and scars.

gently brush over that with a pressed powder, (One from Neutrogena's SkinClearing line will work well) or a loose powder, depending on which you prefer.

if you have oily skin, avoid anything with shimmer- it will just make you look even oilier and slick. (not a very good look)

if you want a blush, try a light, translucent one that is oil free and noncomodogenic (again, Neutrogena's SkinClearing blush works beautifully)

Hope I helped a bit!
