If you have acne prone skin what do you wash your face with and what works?

When I'm in Form 3 my skin is kinda dark (because of oil) and a lot of pimple. Then I start using Biore Acne and it works. My face face is moisture and much cleaner.

Neutrogena oil free acne wash. I love it. I also learned when I was younger that changing your pillow case frequently helps alot. You keep reapplying the oils from your face from your pillow case.

Well i am a teen and i have prob. w/ acne as well... During the day you may notice like you forhead is feeling a little sweaty, any time you get (even if you just rinse) a chance, in the bathroom anywhere near a sink really. just rinse your face off and dry w/ a towel. repeat until your skin feels ...not sweaty any more. What that sweat is its an irritant to your acne, causing it to multiply i guess you could say. Yes ProActive And AcneFree are good progucts to use and can get slightly pricy.





A really cheap product you can use find it in wal-mart etc.. Its Called ';Sea Breeze';, !st, rinse your face with water, then use the Sea Breeze to completely clean your face. I recomend if you want to see how much dirt, sweat, gross stuff thats oin your face...etc...use tissue after you apply the SeaBreeze to face, to dry off your face, look at all whats on the tissue..gross.
Neutrogena Rapid Clear. It's the only over-the-counter treatment that works.
If you鈥檙e looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne鈥?prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.





For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it鈥檚 advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
