Since your face is already acne prone, don't use vaseline. It just clogs pores and that can possibly cause more acne. Plus, it can make any skin appear oily and no one wants that. Use an oil free moisturizer. I recommend Aveeno or Olay.
NOOOO!!!
u WILL break out sooo bad! i tried it and my face looked like someone could accidently mistake my face for a pepperoni pizza SERIOUSLY!!!
U a misturizing OIL-FREE lotion.. Like Murad oil-free lotion, or Cetaphil oil-free lotion, clean%26amp;clear, Aveeno, Biorre, Proactiv (not recommended), or really any MOISTURIZING OIL-FREE lotion!
Hope i helped!! =DD
Definitely do not continue with the Vaseline (did you know it is made from petroleum ?), it is pore clogging and really doesn't moisturize - it just traps moisture.
Vaseline can serve a purpose when you need to really ';seal'; the skin - like if you were working outdoors during a blizzard, but other than that a good shea butter based moisturizer is a much better option.
PS - Look into African Black soap for your acne, it has worked for many people and is extremely gentle.

I wouldn't. use Dove moisturizing soap, get MD to Rx Retin A. I prefer squalene, have to order on line, Dr. Larks, or less expensive, clinique dramatically different moisturizing lotion . there is biofine Rx moisturizer, very effective, used after laser treatment on face...little expensive but worth it... cosmetics dept, Prescriptives, flight creme... you should consult dermatologist. no vaseline, better for your feet/socks at night... vaseline too messy, not good for face, may have bacteria in it..
